How closed is the Whatsapp Business API?

My service does not have full integration with Whatsapp - it is impossible to analyze correspondence with clients inside the office. Argumentation is a closed API.
I want to clarify - does the Whatsapp Business API allow you to analyze and take into account correspondence? Or is it also closed like a simple Whatsapp?

Dude - forget it, getting access to their official api is unreal.
1) There are bypass crutches, how you can do something there. But all this is unstable and whats-up cleans and blocks user accounts.
2) There is an official api, access to which is given according to a very strange logic. So 99.9% of all CRM/Business Messenger/CMS - can't access it for years.
As a result, consider that you cannot do integration with whatsapp.

The official Whatsapp API has many limitations and problems. Especially the message restrictions. If you have enough funds for the API, I would advise you to find stable analogues of this one. I previously did integration for my client via ChatAPI and also worked with RAPIWA. You can see, as far as I remember, they have a free solution for developers.
Well, if we talk about the shortcomings of the official API and its conditional availability, then here are the things that especially confuse me when working with the official API:
1 - a window for communication with the client at 24 hours, well, that is, he wrote, you have the opportunity to communicate with him within 24 hours, if more, then you need to pay extra money. Seems like that's how it works.
2 - Letter templates must be approved with representatives of the messenger, that is, you yourself cannot draw up an approach to working with clients on your own
