Greetings! I want to figure out how to write a CMS for registering a user and creating a personal account! Without the use of Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla and more. What languages ​​are used, what tools, etc.?

Take any ready-made course on the topic "Creating an online store" from the course "Network Information Technologies".

Make sure that all css/js/php/html sources are in the attachments to the course.
