How can you see where variables, classes, etc. are declared in Sublime 3?

Hey! I searched the net and didn't find it. Is there a plugin for Sublime 3 that when you hover over a variable, method, function, you could fall through to its source? How does JetBrains do it in their IDEs.
What would work in php in both JS and SASS.
