How can you parse JSON as a Grid?

Good day! I ask for your help in finding software for representing a JSON array in the form of a Grid. I have a task to analyze budgetary organizations. I can get them using the API on the EPBS portal, but there the actual directory data is returned using JSON. I would like to find a web service or software that can make JSON not a hierarchical (tree) view, but a table (like Excel).
So far, I have found the json2table web service and paid software from Altova (there is such functionality along with XML parsing). When I faced a similar problem with XML, it was solved quickly. There is a lot of software for representing XML in Grid format. But with JSON they are not immediately found.
