How can you organize communication between company employees other than email?

Hello. I would like to know how it would be cool to organize communication between employees of one company except for Email. To make group chats, file transfers, history, invitations, notifications, and more available. To be cross-platform and convenient usability.
I myself thought about Telegram, or Jabber.

I like the combination of Slack (txt communication) + Trello (for task scheduling). The advantage of both services is the availability of free work options ....
in slack, you can make different channels for different departments, plus a common one for everyone. through it you can exchange files, there are clients for mobile platforms.
trello supports sending notifications to slack.... which also makes working with it much more convenient.

Jabber is quite suitable.

Bitrix 24 is a great thing in my opinion.
It seems that up to 10 employees were once free.

for this purpose there are EDMS (ECM). if we are talking about an informal decision to share photos of cats, then jabber, of course. Openfire (direct interaction with CD) and Miranda through policies - transparent NTLM authentication, configurable widely and conveniently.

Services from Google will completely decide.
Document flow + text_messages_ + chat (text + video)
For all platforms.
Unless of course you are not a terrorist and do not plan to arrange something tricky.
