How can you implement your own post types in Bitrix similar to Wordpress?

Dear gurus. In Wordpress, I usually take and create a specific post type. For example, I need to make reviews, I create a review post type and add the necessary fields through the meta data of the page. Recently I got acquainted with Bitrix superficially and I just can’t figure out how to do something similar on this CMS. There is a static page - there are reviews on it - which should be formed dynamically and contain 5 additional fields (profession, website, etc.) - tell me the general logic for building such a structure, and if possible, throw a couple of links, I will be very grateful.

All you need is information blocks. Create IB "Reviews", create 5 properties in it (your 5 fields). Add posts and display them on the page.
