How can you develop a bot for Skype now?

History: I didn’t immediately find Skype API or something like that, got out through a bunch of Selenium + Nodejs, but a month later the bot was blocked due to Terms Of Service. Sadness.

What are the options for automating activities in Skype?
All references to the Microsoft Bot Framework lead to nothing - there is some kind of vicious circle with the registration of applications and Skype can be automated only if it is for Business, and our task is to do everything in the usual way.
