I am writing a restful api in a Yii application and there is an acute shortage of a utility that allows you to conveniently send requests manually.
It is desirable to support put, post, get, delete, the ability to conveniently edit the request body and headers.
Interested in all possible options, whether it's an extension for firefox / chrome or a program for win7 in general.
