How can you check that the file is not being used by another program (and not running, if executable)?
Good day!
You need to somehow check that the file cannot be opened in another program, or is not used as a plug-in library, or the file is not launched for execution if it is executable.
So far, I see only as an option to try to remove it and return it to its place.
Maybe there are smarter ways? Interested mainly under Windows, but I would like it to be cross-platform as well.
