How can we configure the parser to search for articles on specific topics and types?

There is a database in tables with titles and links to articles: how can we configure the parser to search for articles on specific topics and types? Do I need to manually write hashtags for each article and enter them into the program?
We made about 20 tables, each with 1000 of the coolest articles on a particular topic. In the future, we want to use them to write our own content and have our own library of pre-built search results. The problem is implementing a search for these articles, how do we organize it so that we can conveniently find articles on specific topics, etc.?
