How can VS code find and replace text?

How to find and replace text in VS code.
I know where the search is and find what I want to replace, but the replacement occurs in all files.
And I need.
1 Replace only in one file.
2 Replace in a specific folder.
3 If possible, replace the selection.
4 If possible specific files.

Ctrl + Shift + F
under the search bar, click on the ellipsis, fields will appear (files to include, files to exclude) and write there files or folders in which you need / do not need to search
