How can this code be refactored?

Hello everybody! I am a novice python programmer, I recently started writing code, but I am very worried that I am not writing beautifully. Somehow I solved this problem: A task like a simulator in English. Questions are asked and they must be answered. If the answer is correct, then from the first attempt 3 points, from the 2nd attempt 2 base and from 3, respectively, 1 point, and if you didn’t guess from the 3rd attempt, then 0 points and move on to the next question. If anyone can, please see what recommendations you can give on how to simplify the code, what is superfluous, and what should not be written at all
