How can the org-mode syntax be used in Dokuwiki?

Installed Dokuwiki, love it. I am an emacs org-mode user, and it would be very convenient to send a document to the wiki directly from Imax with one key combination. Is there any plugin for one of these programs that integrates? I might be able to write it myself, but there is no time for that.
Both programs are relatively popular, there could well be people with a similar problem.
