How can I shorten the text (encrypt) as in MD5, where text or characters of any length are encoded in 32 characters, but I also need to decrypt. Is it possible?

No impossible. Alas, a free archiver (aka Babushkin's Archivist) is not feasible at this level of science.

Why 32 characters at once? Let's cram it all into one character and then unpack it into War and Peace, shall we?
This is all because you guys don't understand what encryption is and what hashing is. The letter "Sh" has a magical effect on you. Are you confusing Java and JavaScript too?
