How can local computers see the VPN network?

Good afternoon.
There are two local networks connected through the air and a router on freebsd. 192.168.10.0 and 192.168.0.0. Each network has its own Internet. Sometimes the air drops and I would like to switch to vpn, albeit slower.
The freebsd server has addresses 192.168.10.3 and 192.168.0.3.
Freebsd has openvpn and dhcp client installed. How to make the distributed freebsd network 192.168.0.0 see the network behind vpn (10.8.0.0)?
