How can I write a bot for a game?

Greetings, I recently watched a video on how to make a simple bot that will fish in Albion, they made a bot in Python.
If you rummage around in this, tell me is it possible to write this in NodeJS for the same Albion and what libraries can implement this?

If you don't find it, come here with specific questions.
