How can i transfer games and apps to sd card?

Android 5.1 encountered such a problem that 5GB of memory is free of which 1GB. Removed everything that is needed (except for system programs) more than 2.5GB does not rise. What's stuffed in there anyway? Is it possible to somehow move all the necessary programs, etc. to sd card(16gb)?
