N-r, I have three keyboard languages, Ros, English Ukr. On an iPhone, when you type in Russian, you press the language switch button, English turns on, you type in English, then you switch the language, and Russian turns back on, and if you double-click on the language switch, it will be Ukrainian. How to do this on Windows 10?
