How can I swap memory in Sony Xperia C 2305?

I watched a lot of videos and read about replacing memory on android devices.
But this model (Sony Xperia C 2305) is different in that the phone's memory first contains the device's memory, then the sd card and then the internal memory.
In general, when I swap sdcard0 to sdcard1, it turns out that the memory of the sd card changes with the internal memory, and this is no use at all.
Who knows how to change the memory of a device with sd-card memory on this model?
