How can I submit a bug report in Windows 10 Insider Preview?

Is it somehow easier to report found bugs in windows 10 than to go to the Microsoft Community forum (I don’t even know if there is anything like that at all), create a topic, etc.? Maybe there is some application for this that I don't know about?
