How can I set up versioning in webpack so that somewhere in the variable there is a build date\number?

Is it possible to configure \ set the date and build number in a variable (counter ++ \ (extreme case in manual))? After getting this variable and displaying it on the site page? At least in which direction to dig ... I could not find anything like that.
