How can I set this up in Ubuntu?

The Ubuntu computer has two network interfaces. Each network interface has its own internet. On both the speed is 100Mbit / sec. How can I make Ubuntu use two network interfaces at the same time when downloading? So that the speeds add up and get 200Mbit / sec. Is that possible?

In your case, it's better to just throw two ports into the switch / bridge on the Mikrotik and set the balance-rr mode on the computer.

Kirill : In general, you need to put both of your Internets into Mikrotik, set up Load Balancing on it , and you don’t need to touch the connection of Mikrotik with the computer at all.

two interfaces - two ips, which means that sites can consider you as different users, and this is likely to be the case, then you will have to think about how to make sessions on sites bind to one ip. Pictures yes, in most cases, you can download on both interfaces.

It is speculatively possible to have an external router with a fast channel (at least half a gigabit, presumably - the traffic will go in two directions), with which you will connect via VPN, and it will cover you with NAT. A similar scheme is used, as far as I know, in asymmetric satellite Internet configurations.
