How can I set the textbox.io editor so that the Styles Menu does not have a "Normal" mode when deleting all content?

The task is to make sure that when deleting all content in the editor's editable area, the tag <p></p>always remains in <body>and the new text is always written only in the tag. <p></p>
Now, when deleting all text, the "normal" mode is turned on - bare text is written and when you press enter - added line breaks at the end</br>
