Hello! Can you please share information on how to turn a link into an event? here is a screenshot of the link prntscr.com/duuc6f that's it. I understand what can be done for a button, but for a link. Or if you can then give some documentation. Thank you!

Абсолютно так же, как и для любого элемента.
Если речь идёт о цели в ЯндексМетрике, то как-то так:
