How can I send UiD NFC tags to the server?

There is a task: It is
required to consider the NFC tag on which the web link is recorded as a mobile application, and send this information to the server (processor).
In processing, there is a binding of labels to a link, which means that after processing the received link, the server will send updated information via the REST API to the mobile application in the form of graphics.
But there is an option that you can just send UiD tags to the server and get the required information from it ...
How can I send UiD NFC tags to the server? Wouldn't this option be less secure, because ReadOnly NFC Tag cannot be overwritten, and an unrecorded tag can be corrupted, and as I know, in any case, you will have to enter some information on the tag to close it.

How can I send UiD NFC tags to the server?

UiD is the same information as login and any other identifier.
Once read, it can be sent in the same ways as any other data.
Use https for security.
