How can I save my personal site design and style settings on my browser?

Let's say I like the site like this.
1.i removed all ad divs in html + change fonts in styles etc...
how do i keep this version of the site fully functional in my browser?
so that when I visit this site my styles and my edits in the html document are always applied?

I think the only option would be to write some kind of js script that will do this. Well, you will have to run this script every time you visit the site.
