How can I resize the window in the northwest direction without blinking in the lower right corner?

Hello. I make a window with properties
WindowStyle="None"
AllowsTransparency="True"
that is, with my own style. When resizing up, the Top and Height changes and the bottom edge of the window shakes. Normal Windows windows without zeroed style resize normally, their borders don't even flicker. How to fix jittery edges?
