How can I replace the font in this format?

The bottom line is that after taking on the translation of the game and successfully shoveling the resources, I found that the problem is not so much the extraction of resources and their reverse packaging, but the replacement of the five standard fonts used in the application.
While extracting the font, I did not expect to see something like this at all, I personally have not had a chance to work with fonts consisting of a json file and a png image .
Judging by the content of the json itself, it is nothing more than markup for the content of the image itself, separating the boundaries of each letter, setting vertical and horizontal indents for the font, as well as kerning.
I would be happy to try to replace everything manually, but edit about ~ 1700 lines, and rearrange glyphs manually ... well, such a job. Surely there are generators of similar fonts, I will be grateful for any information.
