How can I remove noise from an audio file using NAuido?

They say that with the help of NAudio you can remove and normalize the sound. I'm not strong in NAudio, which is why I don't know how it's done. Can anyone tell me where to dig or show ready-made examples of normalization?

The gizmo removes silence and a little noise (although I didn’t test it to the end about noise).

noise removal and normalization are two different operations. I judge simply by the algorithms implemented in audio editors .... normalizing audio is not difficult. but removing noise is much more difficult and often completely unrealistic (adequately). so here....
