How can I register a user through the frontend?

I have such a question, as I understand if I use SPA for the front, registration and authorization, as I understand it, I can only implement through aoth2 https://laravel.com/docs/5.5/passport or you can somehow get sessinId through the [email protected] controller . It's just not clear in the route how to access it, if it's possible to do so.
