How can I recover the changes that were overwritten by the git?

Hello.
Faced a problem. In my opinion, I restored the previous commit or something like that, now I don’t remember exactly. Then he continued to work as usual, adding changes, committing, pushing. A few days later I clicked on the bitbucket, but did not see my commits starting from the one I restored. Naal figured it out, for some reason he made a pull and lost all the changes, but he didn’t even notice it and closed vs code to figure it out later. Now I can’t find any traces of commits and updated files anywhere. Is there any way to restore the changes?
