Hello, I received a letter later than the time set on the computer. On the clock I have 16:13, but it came 16:49.

Incorrect field name. In fact, this time is the time when the letter is received from the headers. It is possible that the server has a different time zone, or this field contains the date and time of sending at all. Hence the incorrect display of information.
