How can I put on Mikrotik PPPOE MTU 1492?

Comrades, here is the problem.
On a laptop with ubuntu, I raise a PPPOE connection - it starts with MTU 1492, and the resources I need via HTTPS via IKE VPN work.
I raise the same connection - on Mikrotik - MTU is automatically set to 1480, you raise it higher - the connection always starts to sausage and reconnect. Accordingly, the resources I need do not work with a smaller MTU on the router, but I really need them, there is no way without them.
How to be? Actually a subject. With the current settings from the ace side, packets do not pass to me with such logs - ICMP -------------------- unreachable - need to frag (mtu 1398), length 36

In your case, you need to do not MTU *bat, but to do MSS - more precisely, reduce it by 40 (if memory serves) from MTU. Wexter gave a hint.
