Every time you order a service, you need to send the rest (minus the commission) to the partner's account. Can this be done using some API (preferably Sberbank/Alfa)?
PS It is clear that transfers are not instantaneous. It doesn't matter, let's say that I always have enough funds in my account to send to a partner.
