How can I organize minutely (or mirror) copying of files from a workstation to a file server?

Hello colleagues!
I surfed the floor of the Internet but did not find a solution ready for me for a simple function.
I need to frequently copy (or mirror) a file from my local machine to a network share. Preferably by means of Microsoft or good brands, but without a heavy addition in the form of other functionality, and without setting up a scheduler.
Some server service from Microsoft would suit me, which would mirror files from the client automatically, but without a scheduler, or a program that would be installed on the client, but then it would be necessary to visualize the functioning (so that the user would be sure that the program is working).
