How can I make the installer see the correct path? (or why msvs 2013 Expr. for Windows Desktop doesn't want to install to D:\)?

Good day.
I downloaded QtC and MSVS 2013 Express for Windows Desktop to learn C++ . I'll be a cap, - we are talking about the latter.
And met with the problem of the installer. I don’t know what it is, a bug, a flaw or something else, but I don’t know what to do with this problem. Actually, here is the essence of the problem (if the picture is not visible, right click and "open the picture in a new window" (it helped me)):

As you can see, the path is set, but the installer itself either does not see the specified path, or does not want to change it for some reason .
What is the reason for such a problem? And what to do with it?
I will be glad to help.

1. Read the message
2. Free up disk space
If you read the message, it becomes clear that you do not have enough disk space. The studio says that it needs 1.03GB on the D: drive where you want to install it and another 4.38GB on the C: drive, where you most likely have the operating system installed.
