How can I make the input form send arguments using the GET method, starting with the character "&", and not "?"?

Without using JS, you want the input form to send arguments using the GET method, starting with the character "&", and not "?", as usual.
For example: "example.com/search/&text=news".
The reason for the occurrence of such garbage is my own curvature when writing .htaccess

I'm afraid that because of your curvature, the W3C will not rewrite standards that have been in use for over 20 years. You will have to edit your htaccess.
