How can I make sure that the "Graphic Styles" I need are launched when a new document is created? in Adobe Illustrator CC 2015?

I want these three styles to run by default when creating a new document.
I saved them to this path:
C:\Users\indigo\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 19 Settings\en_GB\x64\Graphic Styles
Didn't help :)

Graphic Styles are saved along this path under the name of the profile you need - let's say "Print", that is, we essentially replace the original profiles with the ones we need.
