Good afternoon in the htaccess file I write
RewriteRule ^xmlrpc.php$ site.ru [L]
and

RewriteRule ^xmlrpc.php$  site.ru [L]
Redirect 301 /xmlrpc.php?rsd https://site.ru/
Redirect 301 /xmlrpc.php https://site.ru/

Doesn't work, please help me figure out why
