How can I make internet radio controlled via web or software?

Hello. The office is boring, quiet and sleepy. There are good speakers, we decided to make something so that everyone in the office could switch the radio. A type of server on Centos dangles under your feet (it spins virtual machines for employees), I would like to use it for these purposes.
So I would like this: I came to the office in the morning, opened the web face (or some software on my computer), and launched some kind of radio station from the Internet. Then I left for lunch, and a colleague decided to change the station. He opens the web or software on his computer and simply switched the station.
Can this be arranged? Thanks
