How can I make Chrome store the password file in a different location and under a different name?

Now this path is C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Login Data
Any virus can easily find it and read the contents.

Well, in general, they are encrypted there, although you can decrypt them on the same machine.
Moving the file to another location will not improve security.
If you're worried about security, use specialized password storage software like KeepAss.
