How can I make "Browser" automatically refresh the page when I save it on my computer?

Hello, I saw a couple of reviews on HTML, where the "coder" showed some tricks. And when he entered information in the editor and saved the file, everything immediately appeared in his "Browser".
Even though he didn't even press "F5" or switch to "Browser" at all, he only needed to save the file. I'm interested and now I want to know how to do it?

There is an add-on for Mozilla Firefox. You specify folders and / or files in the settings, on changes of which you react and automatically update the page.
And edit the files, whatever you want!
