Greetings! On a wordpress site, I want to make an interactive infographic (let it be a wheel with sections), where you can click on each section like a button and go to the corresponding section of the site.

How can this be done with the least effort? Is it possible that there are services for building such infographics, like this one only with the code for the site, or is it better to make an svg image so that everything looks adequate on mobile resolutions?
