How can I make all the programs I run run at the size I want?
Hello! When I run programs (any), they do not occupy the entire screen, but lie above the taskbar. It turns out then that the program understands that the taskbar is located in such and such a place, and I need to start it so as not to hide it with my appearance.
There was a desire to make one more additional panel that would hang at the top of the screen all the time, and it is necessary that other programs do not hide it. Then there is difficulty. It is necessary that other programs start not from the position (0,0), but, for example, from (0,100). how to do it? Maybe change something in the register?
