How can I make a web form out of PDF with the least effort?
The essence of the task is to make a web form from the provided PDF document so that it visually repeats the document exactly. Previously, the problem was solved simply - the images of the pages went under the substrate, the stylized Contact Form 7 controls were placed by coordinates. They added a binding from scripts that verified and did not allow choosing mutually exclusive checkboxes, such as gender.
The generated HTML with the filled fields was sent to the client.
There were 4 forms on two pages. Now there are several dozen forms, each with about ten pages and a total of more than a hundred controls. Accordingly, it can take several days for each, and the layout designer has no desire to deal with such a routine.
Can this be automated somehow? Is there a service, plugin for similar tasks?

There are two great solutions: BootStrap and Form Builder for Bootstrap . Submit your styles and you will be happy.
Enjoy :-)
