How can I make a quick jenkins backup?

Colleagues, good day to all!
Can you tell me if anyone has a note on the fast jenkins backup method (using the built-in database)?
The bottom line is that there are many jobs in the system, and copying takes a long time. Often you have to install / update modules, in connection with which jenkins sometimes crashes.
