How can I make a blurry background in a pyqt5 application?

I would like to know if it is possible to do something similar to pyqt5, I made this option in adobe illustator:

I know about the existence of the blur effect in pyqt, but when I try to make a transparent background, it just turns black, so I tried to remove the standard frames windows, along with its standard background, it turned out that only this widget remained, which I tried to blur, but if I put a transparent background color on it, it literally disappears and no blur effect works.
