If we want to download a video from a web page, we only need to use requests to download the video, but what do we need to do in order for the program to connect to the broadcast and record all received packets from services such as YouTube and Twitch?

I can’t say for sure, but I think you just need to take a screenshot of the page through requests or take a link to the current frame through the text of the page.
