How can I hide the manufacturer of the router?

Good afternoon!
I have a local network, here is its structure:
1 router receives the Internet from the provider via cable, distributes its WI-FI network to which clients connect.
2 router receives the Internet from the first router via WI-FI and acts as a client, creates its own WI-FI network. Clients that are not visible from the first router are connected to the second router.
If you scan the network from the first router, then you can see all the participants in the network, including the fact that there is a router there and the model of the router is visible.
Can this be hidden somehow?
Router model D-LINK dir 615s

If anyone needs it, I'll tell you how I did it. I will say right away that I am not a system administrator and do not pretend to be the best solution. For those who advise buying something like Mikrotik, maybe you are right, but my idea was to make it from what I have!
I configured the second router in wisp router mode. In this mode, the router can take the Internet from WI-FI, while distributing its WI-FI network. We change the poppy address of the second router to any other and that's it. I called the name of the 2nd router "Android-fgsdcvfsdere"
As a result, no one is visible on the first router who is connected to router 2. It can be seen that some device with the name "Android-fgsdcvfsdere" has just been cut.
On the first router, if you go to the "clients and sessions" section, you can see what IP addresses and ports this router opens. I think this can be solved by using a VPN.
