How can I give the application pool more power/processor?

Good afternoon, there is a server on Winserver 2012, on which PHP sites, CMS, etc. are spinning.
is it possible to somehow give a certain site (each site in its own pool) more power so that others use the processor less, and this one more.

Pool->Advanced Options->Processor. You can set a limit in % usage.
